Mercy Minutes with Jesus (from Saint Faustina’s Diary)

April 24 ~ Claiming Your Promise

Theme:  Proclaim My Mercy

“During one of the adorations, Jesus promised me that: ‘With souls that have recourse to My mercy and with those that glorify and proclaim My great mercy to others, I will deal according to My infinite mercy at the hour of their death.’(Mercy Minutes with Jesus/Diary, 379)

My prayer response:

Dear Lord Jesus, You promised to deal according to Your Divine Mercy with all who have recourse to Your Mercy – those who glorify it and those who proclaim Your Mercy to others. May I claim Your promise for all those who are devoted to Your Divine Mercy! (Mercy Minutes with Jesus)

    1. Lee, as sad as the loss of a loved one can be, we are lifted up in the joy of knowing that your wife and your son, too, shall share in our Lord’s Resurrection! As you grieve their passing and reminisce on wonderful memories that you hold in your heart, may you prayerfully find joy in their new life in our Lord, Jesus Christ – for death is only the beginning, and our separation is only temporary.

May the Divine Assistance remain always with us, and may the souls of your wife and your son and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the Divine Mercy of Almighty God, rest in eternal peace. Amen. †
