November 7 ~ Gems Pouring Forth from the Wound

“I cannot practice any greater mortifications, because I am so very weak. This long illness has sapped my strength completely. I am uniting myself with Jesus through suffering. When I meditate on His Painful Passion, my physical sufferings are lessened.” (Mercy Minutes/Diary, 1625)

“Today I saw the Crucified Lord Jesus. Precious pearls and diamonds were pouring forth from the wound in His Heart. I saw how a multitude of souls was gathering these gifts…” (Mercy Minutes/Diary, 1687)
